Why are the Proof 2001 SAC1$ bid up to $71? !!

Why are these Proof 2001 SAC 1$ bid at $71.00 each ($1400 a roll) in the Greysheet? I guess this has alot to do with the prices of the 2001 silver and clad sets being so high.

I thought these were nuts being advertised at $39 each several weeks ago.

Sometimes I wish I'd bought extras of every coin so I could sell one off like this one when the prices went nuts. But since I only have two, one broken out and one in a set, I'm keeping mine. My heirs can sell it off to a dealer for less than face value.

The only way to get the Sacs is to break up the proof sets. The 2001 proof sets bid $100(clad) and $125(silver). Does seem like quite a bit of money for a Sacagawea but the mail order/tv guys who build sets need them. I did a deal a few weeks ago for 200 pieces at the $65 level. The coins were in PCGS PR-69DCAM holders.
