I agree it does speak volumes for Tice but why Moss? He was supposed to be the receiver and be on the field but backup center Cory Withrow wasn't supposed to be on the field but was for some reason. That made Moss the 12th man and he had to get off or would have been flagged. Tice was yelling at Moss to get off the field and was signaling for a timeout but didn't get it.

Tice is a buffoon and needs to go. 4 preseason games, 16 regular season games and 1 playoff game later and they can't get it figured out. Bad penalties and mental mistakes show a lack of discipline and that falls on the head coach.

Fire him.
