Hard times token question

Does anyone have a book listing the Hallock and Bates token? How many varieties are there of this token and what is the relative rarity/value? Thanks in advance.

I have a 18 year old book by Russell Rulau.
It shows three counting the Hallock, Dolson & Bates
Low#251 R4 VF-$30
Low#252 R8 blank rev. VF-$200
Low#253 R4 VF-$30
I probably need to look for a newer book.
