Coin Submission Question - ANACS

I have to send in some coins to ANACS last minute and am looking at the Submission form and it says "***ħ VARIETY VERIFICATION., $1/coin" and ***ħ ATTRIBUTION RESEARCH SRV., $6/coin"

The coins I am sending in are:
1971-D RDV-006 (Type 2) Ikes
1971-D RDV-001 (Type 1) Ikes
1971-S DDO-002, DDO-003, DDO-004, DDO-006 - Not 100% sure if these are the correct numbers
1972 S Non-Peg Leg Ike (Unc. proof-like) (Type 2?)
1972 S Peg Leg Ike (normal) (Type 1?)

I would like each holder to have the error designation but do I need to have ANACS do the variety verification and attribution research to get these coins graded with the errors/variety designations?


edit: I think I understand...correct me if I am wrong...Variety Verification is when I know the variety and number and they verify that it is correct. Attribution Research is when I do not know the type of error and I need ANACS to research the error/variety for me.

If you provide the variety and ANACS agrees then it will be on the holder. If thay disagree with your attribution research then nothing will be noted on the slab; unless you pay the $6 fee. At least that is what I've been told.

I will have ANACS do the attribution research on the coins that I am not 100% sure about.

The $6 fee is for their expense to research the variety if you do not know it. There is a $1 fee if you supply the attribution.
