Off center/doubled die jfk half.

The other day I went to the bank and got a roll of JFKs, and today I noticed that one ( a 1972) appeared to have "two rims", one, the outer, is very thin. I think that this is probably a slightly off-center strike. the off-center portion goes from between the I and B, to between the 7 and 2.
I attached a small close up pic. Any help is appreciated.

Edit: The reverse has the same condition, but opposite. The "extra", off-center on the obverse is normal on the reverse, and vice-versa. The obverse and reverse are not perfectly aligned (I assume).
