PSA/DNA Question

Say a 1960's autographed card of Warren Spahn has been authenticated through PSA/DNA, either via a letter or certificate. In order to have this autographed card graded and slabbed to be added into a HOF Auto registry set, would I only have to pay the grading and slabbing fee, as opposed to sending it through the PSA/DNA process for $20.00? Hope someone can help me out here....Thanks.

    Wufdude the card needs to have the PSA/DNA sticker ON the card. If there is no sticker or it is on the letter it needs to go back to PSA/DNA again.
