Below I just copied and pasted the My Collections area from Beckett.com of the cards I had listed there. The prices are the high and low book values plus if I have multiples of a card the first dollar amount shows the multiple and will be the highest amount shown. I'm looking to sell these as one bulk lot or in a few smaller bulk lots. it's been nearly 8 months now, and even though I really figured you just ripped me and would not be seen again, I know enough people in this hobby to keep me updated. It's funny how you still list the card on your web-site since you sold it to me last June at the Bench... I realize it was only 6 bucks.. but come on, you stole my money as I have no card and you have avoided my emails..

how did you make your payment? paypal? credit card? payment thru USPS?
if it was thru the mail, you may still be able to file a complaint with the postal service. I would also suggest trying to contact his local law enforcement agency and filing a report and also his state's AG office.
I realize it's only 6.00 but if it were me, I don't care if it's 6.00 or 600, I would make my point one way or another.
You might also check with your local court or municipal court for Your jurisdiction. You may be able to file a civil action against him in your court that would place a lien against him.

I think the P.O. just did'nt want to go to any hassle over 6 bucks. It's the principle to me, I'm not (nor would I ever be) worried about 6 lousy bucks. I agreed to purchase this from him after we could not come to a trade agreement. He has it marked sold in the original post were I agreed to buy, then in October lists it here still for sale?
he has never shown up at any other site anymore, has obviously ignored me and others, and cannot be trusted. He has NEVER in 8 months denied the allegations, or confronted me to say otherwise.

I did call the phone number i was given and there was no responce, but I only called after i received an email from him , and he basically told me the emails, and stuff I've been sending him is causing a headache for his family.
DUH!.. he's the one that has caused that! had he not taken money from people and never sent the items, maybe his family would feel better... he also tells me he is an adult and deos'nt need his Father to help him out again, well... prove us all wrong and send the items you sold over 9 months ago.
Besides, why did you have your local police and the P.O. involved in a past deal that they MADE you take care if?
I have the emails from the guy that you tried to rip off a while back , and it was'nt until your father was contacted by his father (a police inverstigator) that he recieved his merchandise.

Do you not recall doing the same thing to me about a year or two ago? Why should people have to work/fight to get money back from you that they deserve? I was actually recently contemplating working another trade with you over these if you recall, but am very glad JELEW dropped in as I was unaware that these things were still happening with you. What satisfaction does it give you? Hell, if you just needed a loan back then, I would have gladly done that. I have done that for 4-5 people on here before.
