Struck through reverse?

I was recently looking over completed ebay auctions when I saw this one:

Erred coin on ebay

what does 'struck through reverse' mean? they minted the back on the front and vice versa?

There is a swoosh by the tip of the Eagle's right wing. There must have been a piece of wire or grease or cloth or something on the planchet when the coin was struck. So the thread was struck through causing the swoosh.

Sloppy use of numismatic terms. It means the strike thru is on the rev, not that it was struck thru a reverse. It's the use of concision because Fred is only allowed a few characters to write the attribution.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

    Total agreement with Carl

I think it means that with some creative writing the seller got an extra $200 or so for a very minor error.
