Never heard of that issue. Have had a message that the coin is in another set. Also had one where the cert number had an error. But that's two out of 300.

Maybe your putting in to many numbers. Only the last string of numbers are required to enter a coin!

Only input the numbers to the right of the slash mark. /xxxxxxxx

You will also get bumped if the coin doesn't fit that set. Looks like there are now quite a few different sets there. My collection hasn't got that far in the past so I have no idea what goes where.

the only time I ever got that message was for brand new slabs and the cert #'s hadn't been updated yet... are they brand new slabs? if so, wait until after this Monday and try again... maybe that will work.

FYI: Some of the 5xxxxx series numbers were lost from the data base. Even though the cert verification may recognize it, it isn't in the data base for the registry sets. I had a few coins a few years ago where this had happened. Email Cosetta and she will be able to help, may need a scan of the coin with the numbers associated.
