You'll need to post better pictures. It's impossible to tell what marks and/or haze are on the holder versus the coin. (I know most are probably on the plastic, but...)
Wild stab in the dark: I'll say 66 CAM. (Because it ain't in PCGS plastic.)

Based on the newer pics, I don't think it's quite CAM, but I'd possibly bump my previously-guessed numerical grade up a point or two.

If the coin is hairline free, then it might be a pr68- but I agree with Lord M that it doesn't look like it makes cam....

I don't see any evidence of frosty surface for the CAM designation. How could it be Cam? Very nice Proof!
