Who's PCGS trying to Bust?

I was wondering who PCGS was going after when they Trademarked the term "First Strike". Now this term can only be used with a PCGS graded American Eagle. Any Thoughts??

Isn't it the tern used for the first of three a batter gets? Or can we now only say strike one?

"First Strike" trademark will also affect the bowlers.

That is an interesting concept. Trademark common usage terms - such as:

finest known
first in its class
has no peer
best recorded

The list could be very long and very interesting.

Not realy, I already noticed that the the 'slop at homo' hawkers are now calling the NGC coins 'first run eagles'.
