    Hey Heywood,

    That's what I think. The reverse is normal to very light cameo on the bell, but the lettering isn't. Someone on the US Coin Forum suggested sending it to NGC for a Star rating due to the eye appeal.

    I didn't put the reverse pic on eBay due to the number of items I listed and the eBay fees eating up my profits. But, if a serious buyer was interested, I would most definitely email a JPG pic to them.
