Buffalo Question

I was offered a 1916 DDO in a PCI XF 45 holder. Despite the holder, the coin has been cleaned. How much (roughly) is the coin worth? I can figure out the value but the cleaning is the aspect that thats throwing me off.

    Depending on how harsh the cleaning, I would drop it one to two grades, i.e. net VF-35 for mild cleaning to F-15 for harsh cleaning.
