Question about submissions...

I was just curious if it was common for PSA to charge your credit card/cash your check before they send you notification they have received your order? I sent in a submission for the december special and had anticipated a lengthy wait, just thought it odd payment would be deducted with no word of them receiving the cards.

I have often wondered why/how PSA gets away with that too. Just doesn't seem right. I posed that question via part of an email to their customer service department and got no response.

I have dealt with a ton of companies that charge before the job is done, they don't want to complete the work and get stiffed.
