1899 Half Eagle with re-punched date

Anyone know if this Breen 6769 is really "rare" as stated by Breen. Its sort of contradictory as Breens addendum to gold varieties lists 1899 half eagles as 1.7 million with slight variations.........What's it worth in NGC MS 60? Thanks, Mike

Nobody pays a premium for those Breen varieties. It is probably worth about $200, give or take 10%.
