I think cases are about $400.00 correct?? As far as the expired redemptions go I still send everything in and hope to get something in return. Actually was thinking about buying a case of this.
I personally think you are better off spending $70 and getting a regular case of UD Golf. Sure you don't get 2 autos and 1 jersey per box, but you have a better chance of making up the $6 per box than you do making up the $35+ per box.
Good Luck, you better hope you pull one of the SP autos or the Tiger RC which your chances are slim. 40 RC's and 6 auto'd RC's which 2 are expired and are not guaranteed. I almost bought one, but decided against it. Cheapest I have seen them was $410 delivered. Bad thing about that product is that most of the thread cards don't even get a $.99 bid and most of the autos are "commons". I don't even know what /25 GU will get anymore. Back when the product was hot, I pulled a Justin Leonard /25 swatch and sold it for $100, but my other boxes had just basic stuff that would have sold for $10 max.
At least with the regular golf you'll get several Tiger cards and probably 3-4 "rookies". There are several high dollar GU cards and those will sell better than the SP due to the fact they were on average one per case and if you get lucky and pull an auto, it will sell for more than others also due to the rarity 1:3000.
Just thought I'd tell you guys my experience with this product. I bought 5 factory sealed cases about 2 months ago for $380 each and out of the 5 cases I pulled: Tiger auto/900 Tiger sott auto red /69 Tiger red swatch/250 Sergio auto/900 Duval sott short print Goosen sott short print 3 Faldo sott short print sabatinin sott gold roberts sott gold
Not to mention all of the swatches and other sotts autos I got. Pretty good deal for only $380 a case. I'm pretty sure this isn't the norm, but at that price it's a great break. I don't know about the sergio being a redemption, but I got mine out of the case.
I bought 2 cases with these results: Case 1- no tiger/900 auto, but a goosen/900 auto, plus minor sotts and swatches Case 2- no tiger/900 auto, BUT a tiger/100 auto, plus minor sotts and swatches
Bottom line: There is only a 1 in 10 chance of pulling a tiger auto PER CASE!! This is a real hit or miss product, and unless you rip only for fun, and do not pull a tiger auto, it is a bad ROI.
abc I am guessing you pulled the Tiger Threads /100. I didn't see an auto /100 of Tiger.
I agree it really is hit or miss, especially with golf. Even if you pull something decent, you may not make anything off of it, it all depends on golf collectors.
