Not really, but neither is Ben Franklin. Ike is balder than Ben.
As to the Brit pennies, Edward VII would've been balder than George V, but the joke picture of my "1933" penny was the baldest thing I had uploaded.
(For you Litesiders, the 1933 Brit penny is extremely rare. Mine is a photoshopped 1935.)
