any grade and type, that is still attainable for under $1000? I'm trying to come up with a type for my "box of 20" that is desired among collectors, but I don't know enough about them to make a decision. Here is a list of my "dream" coins, in no particular order, that might help you make a decision. . .
1. 1851-o 3 cent silver
2. Early Large Cent
3. 1856-58 Flying Eagle Cent (AU58+)
4. $1 Gold
5. 1877 Indian Cent
6. DMPL Carson City Morgan (MS63+)
7. Morgan Dollar (MS67+)
8. Proof Morgan Dollar
9. 1909-s Indian Cent
10. 1909-s VDB Lincoln Cent
11. Pre 1907 $20 Gold (MS63+)
12. Post 1907 $20 Gold (MS63+)
13. Post 1907 $10 Gold (MS63+)
14. Post 1907 $5 Gold (MS63+)
15. Post 1907 $2.5 Gold (MS63+)
16. 1916-d Mercury Dime
17. 1921 Peace Dollar
18. 1932-d Washington Quarter
19. 1937-d 3-legged Buffalo
20. 1955 Doubled Die Lincoln
My list is continually evolving and I may dump the 3 cent silver and the gold. Thanks!

Another difficult date is the 1851 Seated half in grades F-XF. Can be bought in higher grades for lots of money, but below AU they are pretty scarce.

I echo these suggestions... and the Flowing Hair Half, even in VG, has good impact, even on Non-Collectors

By all means, dump the 3 cent silver. I still need one and I don't need the competition.
You also seem to be a bit heavy on Morgans. That's ok with me though since I don't collect "classic bullion".
