Early PCGS Holder?

I have a quite small PCGS holder: 2 1/4" X 3", no bar code, and with a gray reverse label. The first three certification numbers are 085. Is this from 1985?

    Hi John,

    PCGS first started grading coins in February, 1986. The very small holders as you describe were used thru 1989.
