Great grading by GRA

They gave this Murray rookie a 10, the centering is 9.5. Are they blind??

    Why is this surprising?
    If Stevie says it's a 10, then it's a 10.

The red inner-border is completely showing. So what's the beef?

Nobody worries about the white outer border anyway. image

GRA absolutely sucks, but they're not as bad as GEM Elite. I only say that because the crappy slabs they use also make it very easy to spot whether or not the card has been trimmed. Instead of a box type enclosure, there is recess cut into one side of the slab. Trimmed cards show up like a light bulb when stored in these. The negative about the slab is that it's also VERY easy to hide just about any imperfections with the corners and surface.

I bought an 85 Donruss Roger Clemens graded by GRA as a 10 a while back. The sub-grades were 10, 10, 10, and 10. Upon cracking open the slab, I'd the card couldn't grade any more than a PSA 8 or BGS 8.5. I would complain to the company, but good luck finding them on the net. I'm not even sure if they're still around.
