    the news (AP?) actually had about a 60 second story on this dime today that I heard while in town on the radio.

    Wow, that coin has gone up. I think the last 1894-S dime went in the 400,000 range.

    I think the last 1894-S dime went in the 400,000 range.

    Actually, privately they've been steadily increasing toward the $1M level. The Eliasberg coin was the last auction sale, but privately the two finest sold in the $750k-850k range in the last few years.
