Billing question

Do they charge your credit card as soon as they get the package or as soon as they start the grading process?

It would make sense that your credit card would be billed when your submission form is logged in.
That way PSA wouldn't spend the money to grade your cards only to later have your payment turned down.

Also, that way they can treat credit card payments the same as checks and money orders.

I have tracked it, and it is as soon as it is entered.

i know my latest submission was charged when the order was entered into the system, to my surprise the cards were graded and sent two days later!
