Anybody having trouble printing labels on eBay/PayPal

I've been trying since last night and keep getting the message

A Failure occurred while trying to retrieve information related to this shipment. Please try again later by clicking the 'Print Shipping Label' button from your eBay transaction.

I called PayPal and they said the connection between them and the post office has been flakey the last couple days, but they don't know of any outage.
