1921-S Morgan with Dot Under Wing?

Does it look like there's a dot under the eagle's right wing or is it just a mark on the cellophane?
I wasn't sure about the dot and or about any S mint VAMs like this. It almost looks raised and worn like other high spots. The condition isn't great and I didn't like the S&H charges (or the lack of PayPal), but I bought it anyway. Looks similar to the 21-P VAM-8.

Sometimes this is the only thing you can do, buy it and see. You should see my box of coins that are "might have beens". Usually, I take the to the coins club meeting and try to sell them to recover my costs.
