New cards being added to HOF rookie sets

When new HOF'ers (such as Boggs and Sandberg) are named, how long does it usually take until they are included in their respective HOF rookie card sets?
"My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."

    It has been requested it will take time. I have been waiting on changes for months.

    I bet you can hardly wait boggs301012! I was hoping that since it's something that doesn't have to be voted on it would be soon, but it doesn't look that way.
