IsThis a RPM on this Jefferson Nickel?

I found this Jefferson nickel with a strange looking D mint mark and wondered if it is a RPM? Any comments would be appreciated?

    I don't think so, it looks like die fatigue.

    Can't tell from the picture but an RPM would be a raised
    MM to the northwest of the primary. Strike doubling or fatigue
    would be a flat smear of metal. Separation of the serifs
    would indicate an RPM. No separation would indicate
    strike doubling.
