Here is one that i would like to know if it's a VAM and Which one? Grade and Poss. Value?

I suppose it's not a vam, that or it is and it hasn't been attributed as one yet?

It looks like an early die state of the VAM-1J. I found one last week and posted some pictures in this thread.
The VAM-1J is listed in Rob Joyce's book on page 28, but the later dies states have a big break on the reverse over the TA in STATES. I don't think the EDS coins have a premium, but I like it.
