Mint GREEN NGC holder - what generation?

I can't remember which generation holder this type is. Can you tell me?

I believe they are the first holders used after the original Black insert holders. Second generation probably.

Right after the black core came the white core with the white plain paper insert without the logo of NGC and with the gold hot stamp reverse.

I just shot these two photos. Sorry for the poor quality, but you get an idea what holder I'm talking about:

A dealer who is now deceased had a not-for-sale coin in an NGC holder with the same white insert and gold-foil stamped back but with a TYPED plain white front insert. It was a common MS63 Morgan (1900-O, if memory serves).
