How do you submit coins for grading?

Howdy! I have a group of 1971 topps coins I would like to send them in for grading. I have two questions I
need answered: 1. Can I send the coins in with some other cards I have on one order form? and, 2. What should I encase the coins in when sending them in? Any insight would be appreciated! Paul

    I just sent one in on a regular submission with other cards and they called and said it had to go on a separate submission form. I put mine in a soft sleeve and card saver II (large size) and no problems.
