PCGS Reholder mininum???

in U.S. Coin Forum
I have a two coins in PCGS holders that are chipped or have small cracks. Can anyone tell me if these fall under the new 5 coin mininum. I would like to have them in problem free holders.

    I don't believe that the five coin minimum applies for reholdering or designation review.
