Does someone know what this is. Also what is the best way to attach a picture to my message.

Once you've posted the message, right-click on the attachment link and choose Copy Shortcut. Then go to Edit your original post, click the Image button (looks like a picture in a frame) and paste the link into the URL line. Voila!
