The evils of PVC

At the show I attended this weekend, I found few British coins of any worth.

There was one notable exception. This one gentleman had quite a large number of high quality British coins. The only problem was that virtually the entire collection had been stored in PVC holders. Many of the coins were sweating and greasy in appearance. What a huge loss of money for him. I bought only two coins off of him and neither suffered from the PVC problem that plagued the vast majority of his inventory.

Just another testimony about the evils of PVC.

    Hmm PVC, yes i lost quite a few coins to that evil menace some years back... i converted to a cabinet after that debacle.


    I was Positively Vehemently Cursing...
