What size Airtites for Large Cents?

According to my Red Book loks like they very from 26 to 29 mm depending on the date and type.

I'd be more concerned about the thickness than the diameter.

The air-tite holder with ring varies. It's a Model "H" for all but the ring size is a 26mm to 29mm depending on type. Check out this Link for the different sizes.
