Cards for younger folks

My daughter (almost 4 years old) loves to "help" me with my collection. She loves to take my 10x loupe and investigate the cards, just like Daddy does. Are there any mainstream nonsport cards out there for her? Just curious. I would love to let her have her own cards that she can enjoy.

Thank you,

Don

If you go to Target or Walmart and stand with her in front of the card section, she will be attracted to all kinds of nonsport cards - never paid mind but there are loads - from Harry Potter to the Olsen Twins!LOL

At any decent card show, there will be some dealers with cheap nonsports cards aimed at kids. Some of the Disney-affiliated sets from the 90s can be picked up for $5 a box or under, and there are miscellaneous sets that are even cheaper. I would also recommend going to a toy closeout outlet - Toy Liquidators (found in a lot of outlet malls) I know has some for as little as $1 or $2 a box - you may get Troll Dolls cards or endangered species cards in French for that price, but if she doesn't like them, you won't feel much regret.

I would also contact Dave and Adam's Card World to see what they have.

I've got (2) 2002 Ore-Ida Jimmy Neutron cards (a Nickelodeon cartoon series) she can have. Send me a PM if you want me to mail them to you. I have no use for them, and I can't stand to just throw away any cards.

I collect Vintage Cards, Commemorative Sets, and way too many vintage and modern player collections in Baseball (180 players), Football (175 players), and Basketball (87 players). Also have a Dallas Cowboy team collection.
