Upper Deck Replacement Turn Around Time.

I am really beginning to hate all card companies. It's been 6 weeks since UD received my card for replacement so I called to find out the status. They told me due to the fact they are in the process of moving to Las Vegas that turn around time is now 12-16 weeks. I'm done buying fleer products due to their shady advertising and now it looks like I will be done with Upper Deck, because anytime I pull something decent it is damaged. Oh well, it will save me several thousands a year now.

Sorry to read of your frustration with the card companies. Would you be more specific about your problem with Fleer? Just curious. Thanks.

Fleer has always been deceptive in their advertising.

Fleer Legacy promised only the top NBA Stars for the Auto'd jerseys and they threw in scrubs.

Other products like Legacy Baseball stated One auto'd cap per box and then they threw in redemptions instead of the caps in some of the boxes.

Most recently Sweet Sigs football did somewhat the same thing and loaded the product with redemptions when they don't even state there are redemptions in the product. I would have never touched that product if I would have known that in 5 boxes I would be getting 5 redemptions. Redemptions are one of the biggest jokes in the industry, because you are never guaranteed the card on the redemption and the turn around time for those is several weeks also. They also somewhat hurt trade value and definately hurt selling value. People want to be able to see the card.

What!!!! They're moving to Las Vegas!!!! I live her in L.V. so this is news to me. I'll have to find out more because I've been waiting on a James Worthy Redemption for 3 1/2 months now.

I didn't hear about Upper Deck moving to Las Vegas either.

That's what the woman who answered my Customer Service call told me. She said due to the move that turn around time is now 12-16 weeks. The only thing that may be moving is the Upper Deck offices.

Surprise, surprise! I went out to the mailbox and found this in there. It's actually a pretty nice sig. too!!



Edited to add: I submitted this redemption in August and just got it yesterday so I guess 12-16 weeks is about right.
