Spec number issues

It seems that every card that I try to enter into the registry is missing a spec number. Anyone else having this problem?
Collecting all graded Alan Trammell graded cards as well as graded 1984 Topps, Donruss, and Fleer Detroit Tigers

    I'm having some of the same problems with alot of the Joe Morgan cards I'm trying to add to my Master Set. Just e-mail BJ and she'll get it fixed pretty quick.

    I am waiting for them to correct one for me aswell. It happens more often as of late.

    I think it is happening a lot on Master sets and Hall of Fame sets. If you are adding a card that has not yet been entered in that particular set by anybody you usually cannot enter it.

    Just about ever card I enter has had that problem since th e software upgrade. Just e-mail them. They usually fix the issue within 24 hours.

    You're right, it's since the software update. I know they fix it fast, but now it's just another step added to the process. It gets annoying after awhile...
