in honor of pcgs grading bills, is this one fake?

I know little about coins, and next to nothing about paper. The auction would appear to be a scam waiting to be, but if this is real what would've done it? stuck together sheets?

I understand the Treasury uses sophisticated imaging computers to find these kinds of errors. And the paper doesn't look right. Sure looks like a scam to me. The Secret Service usually is all over currency counterfeiters, so you should call in a tip.

As wrinkled as the bill is it looks like someone tried to bleach or remove the back printing to seem like an error. The note to me just looks too washed and dried to me. I don't think the note is a fake persay but it has been played with to have the illusion of an error note .. In my opinion ...

Inking errors don't look like that. See the ghost image of the back is still there, just a bleached note.

I thought bleach would turn the bill orange? Reguardless it looks fake.

It probably wasnt bleach but another chemical. Im pretty sure bills are bleach resistant in a sense to stop them from being ruined in the wash.
