Ok, so, I left here about 1 o'clock, and got over to Clearwater about 2 o'clock without incident (Thank God!!) and I got in... walked around a little bit, determined to find src58, Scott of Orlando Rare Coins Had to look at Dealers' name tags to find my way to table #206... But, he was a nice guy... small inventory, but some interesting pieces, and some pretty toned Morgans, plus a ton of "Poole Coll." Washington Quarters from DPoole Overall nice guy, and also talked to the dealer and his wife that was set up next to him. Real nice people, though I didn't catch their names But, I invited them to come join the forums, especially the wife, cause she does a lot of the photography for their ebay sales, so I suggested she come on over and get herself learned up Also met up with Bill Jones. As usual, great to see him... he didn't have much neat stuff to show me though, as all his Bust stuff was sold on dealer day... Though, his mated pair coins are still there... if you're going to FUN, make sure to stop by his table and check out the mated pair dimes, really cool Also looked through his CWT book, a few really neat pieces in there, but nothing that caught my eye enough to force an impulse purchase Traffic was very light for the 3 hours that I was there, though dealers said that earlier had been a lot busier, but then it suddenly got slow... that was alright for me though, except that a lot of dealers left early for the day...
I bought a '64 Proof Set, with a Kennedy that I thought had a shot UCAM, though definite CAM... there actually were quite a few proof sets at this dealer that were like that, I picked this one out, to get it home and find out that it has a small, but bad milkspot... Oh well, I got it at BID, so that was fine... also picked up this 1886 Morgan in NGC64... pretty coin, and for Greysheet Bid, I thought it was a good deal The color on the face isn't quite as dark as in the picture, and doesn't stand out so much...

<< <i>Allow me, Russ ... to heck with the Morgan, where's the pix of the JFK? Have relatives in Indian Rock Beach ... >>
I really don't think it'd be worth cutting it out and even trying at PCGS or NGC, especially with the milkspot, that's turned brown...
