The 1904-O dollar in your pictures appears to grade around About Uncirculated (AU50). Its retail value would probably be somewhere in the range of $18-20 US. The "O" mintmark below the eagle indicates it was struck at the New Orleans mint.

The "UC" in your description has no meaning I understand, unless somebody was trying to abbreviate the word "Uncirculated". But that coin is NOT Uncirculated.

We would need to see pictures of the 1921-D to properly grade it. If it were in about the same grade range as the 1904-O you just posted (AU50), it would be worth approximately $16-18 US. The "D" mintmark indicates it was struck at the Denver mint.
