In case you haven't heard here's the rest of the story. After the county clerk refused to take the pennies he refused to pay the ticket. The "Women's Community Group" then offered to pay the ticket for him since it was the holidays. Even if he sold the stupid thing I'll bet the Women's Group wouldn't see a penny.

My guess is the reserve is 25K and a penny! Think he'll take payment in pennies?
