It's only a partial collar (oops, thanks Rampage), but $12.50 (plus hefty $5.50 S/H/I... they may have expected it to sell higher) for a PCGS certified state quarter error is a bargain.
Give Blood (Red Bags) & Platelets (Yellow Bags)!

Great buy! But, a partial collar is not the same as a misaligned die (MAD). I would have gladly paid $12.50 for it time and time again.
