Just Talked to Customer Service RE Dec Blackout Days

I have a 15 day order that was entered on December 10th. I just talked to customer service and she said that the only blackout dates since the 10th have been Dec 24th (Christmas Eve) and Jan 3rd (for New Years). I specifically asked about New Years Eve and she said they worked Dec 31st. With that being said, we're on day 18 since the 10th. Just a little late.
