1923-P Peace Dollar VAM questions

I bought two 1923-P Peace dollars. Looks like they should be VAMs, but I'm having trouble finding any listings. The reverse images didn't come out well.

The first coin (left) is clashed on obverse and reverse sides. The reverse shows clashing to the right of the olive branch, above O and LA in DOLLAR, off both right and left wings. The lines that look like scratches on the reverse are raised polishing lines. There is a large clash on the obverse side to the right of Liberty's neck. I haven't seen this before. I assume it's from a ray on the reverse.

The second coin (right) has a gouge through E in LIBERTY. It goes from the left of the E to the center of the letter. It may be easier to see in the obverse image than the close-up.

Any ideas?
