American/Norwegian estate

Hi,

I am a sort of a newbie, but I am helping an American/Norwegian estate with quite a mess of a coin collection.
This coin is just one - for testing, and I will please ask if you can help with grading and perhaps also with the value.
It is a lot of coins in this estate, couple of thousand, most of them American.
Looking for how the heir can sell these coins.

French. 5 centimes, reverse side
French. 5 centimes, obverse side

Appreciate all help!

Thanks,

Regards,

Paris Mint (A mint mark) KM 821.1
My 1996 Krause lists values of $18/EF and $40/UNC

Always hard to grade from a scan but I would probably grade it an EF
