Q4 PCGS Free Quarterly sub. still not entered...info 4 all

I sent a free quarterly( Q4 2004) submission......a 1839 Bust 50c that was rec'd on 12/27 per USPS but still not entered as of today. So I called PCGS CS today. It was rec'd and entered but do to internal PCGS computer problems it still is not showing. The customer service rep. says they are having problems including email notifications of new orders. So before you get pizzed....call them. Just an FYI to all. Chris
