If it is his home address then I agree, if it is a business address then I don't see any harm. There may be some ebayers within driving distance that might want to get a look at the cards before purchasing. It might generate some foot traffic as well.

I reported the item last night for solicitation of outside sales and contact info in the description. The catch all seemed to be Fee Circumvention. I just rec'd this e-mail from eBay:
