I am sure you can't tell from this picture, but I think it is a lock 64, possible 65.
3 faint dings in cheek, and thumb print orver US. Thoughts (Besides getting abetter picture)

Do 3 dings on cheek preclude 65, How about thumb print?

Crack it or leave it?

Looks like a 64 at best to me, and 63 is a real possibility.

Do not crack it, if you must have it graded go with NGC. They will grade it in the GSA holder.

Thanks all,

I'll try for better pictures of the obverse, the reverse has no distractions.
The Obverse has frosty appearence with breaks that may look like wear.

It's a nice looking coin, but I can't see enough to guess a grade. If that coin is in a GSA holder I would strongly advise to leave it in the holder.
