Posting pics

I'm having trouble getting my pics to post. When I try to upload them, I get the message that it is limited to 50K. My camera doesn't even go down that low. The smallest picture I can take is about 65K. I read over the instructions left by one member, but no luck. Any suggestions?

You need software to reduce the size of the photo. I use Microsoft PhotoDraw, but there are plenty others out there that will work.

If you have a websight that lets you post photos, like comcast.net does you can upload your photos and link them here using th photo icon under messaget text, fourth one over. The easiest way for me is to right click the photo after opening it, click on properties, highlight is address (drag the mouse over it) ctrl c, then hit ctrl v in the photo icon. One time size doesn't matter.

My Nikon only goes down to about 70 K,crop and edit from there.

Thanks IrishMike, that worked great. When I tried the regular uploading technique, the pics are too small to notice any detail. But linking them like that is perfect.
