DCAMs get a bonus of 2 points, thus a PR69DCAM = 71

Now, if Marty had only submitted nice 69's, he'd end up with a Set Rating of 71. But, he had to sprinkle those 68's in there. I think he's got some fascination with grades that end in 8, from back in the days when he was the AU58 King.
