Lucky Break - Morgan 1921-D VAM-1AH

...yeah, me again. From last night's purchases.... looks like a 1921-D VAM-1AH. I think it's even a later die state than the one pictured in Rob Joyce's book (which by the way, has been the key to me finding and identifying the antique store VAMs over the last four days).

Check out the break in the denticles below the A in dollar.
I think the area to the left of the S in STATES is raised.
This coin also has some nice metal around a break near the obverse left stars... 6th left star looks nice!
I saw a die chip in the eagle's left wing. Not sure if anyone else has this. It could be post mint damage, but it looks like a die chip.

Also, Rob's book says there are only two known VAM-1AH coins. That was in 2003. What's the update? What grade do you think this is? VF+?

You must have been having a blast lately with all these finds image. I'm not very good at grading from a picture, but I agree that it is probably a VF+. Keep up the good work!
I've had great transactions with people like: drwstr123, CCC2010, AlanLastufka, Type2, Justlooking, zas107, StrikeOutXXX, 10point, 66Tbird, and many more!

The coin looks XF/AU to me.
    When in doubt, don't.
